is 6"x9". Handmade paper cover with paper insert. Compose
the text to be printed on the insert in your choice of typestyle and
ink color. Note that the printer can print on up to 4 panels of
the insert. There is a typesetting charge of $15 per panel per
order. For example, add $60 to the price of your order if you
